High-end Solid ink multi function printer. Comes with a built in IPP server and Web configuration. Scanning works PERFECTLY with Linux since you scan at printer side and download via its web server to your workstation.<p>
The printer is a very efficient thing, and since it supports PostScript Level 3, there is no problem using it with CUPS, I have deployed it for a Linux/MacOS X workgroup of 15 computers and we all print to it without any problems.<p>
Highly recommended for volume Colour printing and Multifunction.<p>The printer has both a USB connection and built in Ethernet, which supports LPR, IPP, JetDirect and AppSocket. We use IPP over Ethernet exclusively, using local host CUPS daemons which spool via at the uri: ipp://ip-of-printer/ipp<p>
